On The Day

On the first Thurday of the month it's family night, members, friends and family are all cordially invited to come to the pool for a swim.

The pool is available from 8pm to 10om and then for those who want to we head over to Aldwinians rugby club for a nightcap

Mock Medlock Sports Centres Pool

The pool is suitable for all swimming abilities there is a shallow end and a 3m area for diver training that is roped off on family nights
